How does speaking with a mental health worker work?
Connecting with our mental health and/or addictions support will allow you to speak with a professional about whatever is on your mind. This professional is a trained mental health and/or addictions worker – someone who is trained to talk to you about your concern – no matter how big or how small it may be. They may ask you questions to help learn more about your situation and will work with you to come up with solutions or next steps. They are always here; ready to listen, provide in the moment crisis support or connect you to mental health and/or addiction services.
